Acorn-fed Iberian ham with ‘Guijuelo Designation of Origin’ certificate. It is prepared with acorn-fed free-range Iberian pigs, the hams of which are cured in natural drying places. The Guijuelo DO Regulatory Board determines that the acorn-fed pig is that which is slaughtered when the mast-feeding season ends respecting the minimum weights defined for slaughter and the established breeding periods.
Ingredients: Iberian ham, sea salt, preservatives E250 and E252.
