Candle-shaped salchichón is made from a mix of minced pork meat, which is seasoned with sea salt, pepper and garlic, rolled and stuffed. Afterwards, the piece is cured and dried. This process gives it a distinctive aroma and taste. The curing and drying process lasts around three months.

Ingredients: Lean pork meat, sea salt, pepper and garlic. Gluten free. Lactose free.
