From the Roger Goulart winery, after more than 30 months of contact with yeast, a unique cava is produced. It is full of ageing shades and notes which perfectly complement the fruity flavour of the base wine. It also presents a fine bubble which brings it together well. The outcome is a cava with a beautiful bright pale yellow colour. It has a clean and fresh aroma, with notes of white and citrus fruits but an essence of fine pastries and toasted flavours. It has a fresh and dry taste, very long lasting, with a silky finish. It is suitable for appetisers, fish and seafood.
