This cava from the Grimau winery is made with a blend of Pinot Noir, Garnacha and other varieties. It presents an intense and bright pink, almost reddish colour, with shades of ruby. It has a fruity bouquet of strawberries and raspberries. Its flavour is smooth, tasty and powerful, and its rich taste is in balance with its dry acidic structure. This cava is suitable at any time of the day and goes well with many dishes, from fish and seafood to light meat, poultry, pasta and rice. It is best served at between 5 ºC and 7 ºC.
