It is made from the Chardonnay, Xarel\u00b7lo, Macabeo and Parellada varieties. It has a pale yellow colour with straw-like shades, gives off fine bubbles and a persistent bead. Very aromatic, with a mix of toasted notes which are a result of its development in contact with yeast and other fruit fragrances. Mouth-filling, smooth and elegant palate. This is a full-bodied and consistent champagne, perfect for game dishes as well as seafood, pasta and rice.
