It is there that we store our selection of the best-cured meats, shoulders and pure Iberian hams, until they reach their optimum curing point, which is when they are transferred to our century-old cellar in Madrid, where we finish refining each piece individually according to its size, texture or other specific characteristics.<\/p>\n<p>One of the main attractions of this town, which has given it well-deserved fame, are the products derived from the acorn-fed Iberian pig, as this town is home to the most highly prized pork legs in the Sierra.<\/p>\n<p>As for its tasting, acorn-fed Iberian ham, due to the intensity of its flavor, given its more than 36 months of curing, combines magnificently with full-bodied reds, which blend its power with the gustatory depth of the acorn.<\/p>\n<p>Among other options, those made from Tempranillo or Graziano grapes, especially from <a title=\"Martelo 2014\" href=\"https:\/\/jamonesibericosmadrid.com\/en\/products\/martelo-2012-copia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rioja<\/a>\u00a0, are a good match.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients: Pure Iberian ham, sea salt, antioxidant E301, acidity regulator E331.\u00a0 Gluten free.
