Made from shoulders of 100% Iberian pigs that originate from a unique breed preserved since 1879. Pigs are raised free-range and are fed on acorns during the mast-feeding period. Thanks to this diet, the oleic acid in the acorns penetrates the meat of this species native to the Iberian Peninsula, giving it an unequaled taste.<\/p>\n
