Ruby red color. The nose is surprising for its powerful fruit character assembled with hints of its noble aging, traces of coconut, toffee and suggestive hints of scrubland. The attack is powerful, developing a sensation of volume and smoothness that leads to a long finish. The aftertaste is reminiscent of red fruits in conjunction with notes of scrubland. Its power makes it ideal for pairing with Iberian acorn-fed sirloin steak.<\/p>\n

Aging in wood and bottles: After an aging of 20 months in new American oak barrels, its 24 months of rest in bottle have made it reach its fullness.

This winery is located at the entrance to Samaniego and sells a single brand of wine, Cincel. It offers guided tours from Monday to Sunday, by prior reservation, for groups of ten people or more. The visit lasts approximately one hour and ends with a tasting of two wines (crianza and reserva) and two pinchos. The winery has a dining room with capacity for 55 diners.<\/p>\n
